AlphaSights primarily recruits recent graduates for its workforce, a common practice among many other prominent companies in the same industry. To distinguish ourselves, we needed an interactive and fresh visual perspective. I took charge of the project management and played a pivotal role in crafting and executing the campaign to promote our graduate recruitment program. The campaign resulted in being AlphaSights' most successful social media campaign to date.
